Location: Various (Remote Eligible)

Salary: Base Salary + Commission (7-13%)

We are looking for passionate Sales Team Members to join our growing team and help us expand our reach across our target markets globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach: Proactively connect with a high volume of potential clients weekly on LinkedIn, focusing on CMOs, VP Sales, Head of Commerce, and Head of Brand. Your goal is to message clients, set meetings, and ultimately secure new accounts.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction. Achieve a minimum target of new accounts per week.
  • Training and Meetings: Attend daily sales standups, bi-monthly leadership meetings, and goals/achievements calls every Monday. 
  • Platform Management: Efficiently manage your time and tasks using tools such as Google Workspace, Clockify, LinkedIn, and Calendly. Ensure all accounts and profiles are professionally set up and maintained.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Submit timely reports, including Clockify time logs every two weeks, and manage documents and communications through your SimuStream email.

Requirements:

  • Professional LinkedIn profile with a quality picture, job history, and a compelling summary.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and CRM platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with video platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, and DailyMotion is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the target markets, including but not limited to marketing/advertising agencies, mom-and-pop shops, real estate, and technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Compensation:

  • Base salary
  • Commission rates of 7-13% based on the number of accounts secured

Employee Onboarding Requirements:

  • Complete and submit W4 forms and a voided check to the team for payroll setup.
  • Set up required accounts, including a Google Workspace email, Clockify, LinkedIn, and Calendly.
  • Attend training sessions and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
